Session 4 was indeed an incredibly interesting and impactful session. To believe that we have been carry out activities without proper planning. This session clearly defined the activities in the inception phase. What I found most interesting was the question as to know which we do first, train facilitators or design the program. The participants shared various answers and this let me know that we still had a lot to learn when it got to planning for success. The group session was as usual another very thrilling moment of sharing with fellow participants.
