      the other risk is that sometimes culture interferes into GBV and the male partner is always “the Mr. Right” and would not agree to be in the course while the women is desperate for it as she discovers that this course is helpful to her.

          to be with the couples to ensure that they understand the effects of GBV and for them to anticipate to positive outcome of the course.

            From my experience firstly I will visit the couple in their home, then see how they are reacting and I will take the woman on one on one counselling while the husband will be with another male Officer to share his thoughts. Then I will collect all information and then bring the couple together for further counseling.
