      Thanks for the great session -I have a few questions;
      – Lack of motivation of facilitators can compromise good implementation especially if they are appointed by others (rather than coming forward themselves), or incentives (e.g. no monetary incentives beyond travel cost can be provided despite facilitators’ financial struggle). What is the good practice in recruitment given this situation when there is a small population and it is not likely to have committed volunteers come forward?
      – What are key factors that allow good training relying on distant learning/tablets? Are there any other programmes where distant learning was used to train facilitators that resulted in good implementation beyond Becoming One?
      – If a local org has already received funding for prevention programming in communities where availability/accessibility of quality services lack (beyond basic healthcare and remote counseling), what would be the best way forward?

      Thanks!

        Hello everyone, my name is Miho Watanabe. Originally from Japan, I am currently based in Bangkok, Thailand. I’m an independent consultant so I work wherever the work is -but generally focused on Asia and the Pacific over the past decade, supporting prevention design and implementation as well as creating content for EVAW/gender work more broadly. I hope to gain practice-based knowledge in designing and implementing effective prevention programming beyond traditional approaches from conducting formative research to creating evaluation framework that is specific to each context, needs and priorities, capacity and budget. Looking forward to meeting everyone!
