      That by setting enough time for testing adapting and defining a program can make all the difference.
      Usually, there is usually a lot of pressure to hit the ground running meaning that the project should just start and adjustments can be made as it goes along. However, by allowing time to get information from the community, adapting the material to the context, training the facilitators, including the community voices in the design of the project, translating material to the language that will be used in the sessions can be the difference a program needs to succeed.

        Hello everyone,
        My name is Patricia Kamau from Nairobi, Kenya. I am a Gender and GBV practitioner working with refugees. IPV is the most common type of violence that I encou ter when working with this particular population. I am looking forward to learning how to meaningfully work with couples in an IPV prevention program.
